We would like to invite your company to participate as a sponsor at the Alternatives Marketplace’s golf day, taking place on 10 November 2023 at the Houghton Golf Club, Johannesburg.
Attendees for this event will be on invitation only and will include financial intermediaries and institutional investors. In terms of attendees from last year, we hosted 144 golfers with the over whelming majority of participants being financial intermediaries.

All sponsorship options where holes are sponsored will entitle the sponsor to 2 staff entries to the event as well as have the option of inviting 4 guests. Guests’ invitations will be restricted to financial intermediaries, institutional investors and/or CEOs of large companies and will be reviewed and communicated by the Alternatives Marketplace.
Hole sponsorship - R10 000
Hole sponsorship will allow the sponsor to place branding at the tee box and around the area of the green. The cost per hole is R10 000 for one hole.

Closest to the pin - R15 000
The closest to the pin competition will be held on holes 7 and 16, the cost for these sponsorship options will include a R7500 prize. The cost per hole is R15 000 (of which R7500 will go towards the winners).
Longest drive - R15 000
The longest drive competition will be held on holes 3 and 10, the cost for these sponsorship options will include a R7500 prize. The cost per hole is R15 000 (of which R7500 will go towards the winners of each hole).
Prize sponsorships
The Alternatives Marketplace undertakes to use all sponsorship proceeds (net of hard costs) towards the event and prizes.
Sponsors will have the option of having their name associated with the below prizes. The main format for the day will be a four-ball alliance, thus prizes are awarded to the respective four balls.
